You can add ads on your WP blog unless it is hosted at wordpress.com (they do not allow editing themes).

if your WordPress blog is self hosted you can easily add your adsence ID on your site. You can also find few premium and also free theme which have extra option for adding adsence code.So dont worry.
Just use google and also WordPress.org for finding best pluging and also best theme for your blog.

use plugin like wp-insert or use widget area to insert adsense code into your theme if you are not comfortable in editing theme codes.

Integration of ads in sidebar is easy via widgets. Just paste the adsense code to a text widget in wordpress dashboard.

Get the adsense code and put it into the Text widget, and put the Text widget in one of your sidebars.

    Hi,

You can just create google adsense account first, then log into it and create the ads by the simples step by step instructions. At the end, you will be able to generate to code for you to insert into your wordpress blog. Go to appearance->widget and drag the text to the sidebar or anywhere you want and paste the code.
Remember that after you inserted the code, you will need to wait for 10 mins before the ads take effect. Hope this help
