Wordpress Blog Crashes BlueHost Server

I have a few blogs. One of them is fairly large and almost every single time I post it crashes and people get the message located here for a few minutes:

    http://box170.bluehost.com/highload.html

It only occurs when I post to this 1 particular blog yet all are hosted under the same BlueHost account.

Anyone have any suggestions? It drives me nuts.

    optimize your SQl once
hope you are using some caching plugins like wp-cache or wp-super-cache
check if your uninstalled plugins are still working in sql

Your host has set CPU limit for particular account. It seems that when you post in your blog it requires high CPU usage. Hence the visitors get this page. You will need to optimize your blog using wordpress cache plugin and also remove unwanted plugins from your wordpress. If the database is large I recommend to optimize it too.

    - Optimize your database if it is large.
    - Remove unnecessary plugins from your blogs
    - Install wordpress caching plugins

The other advise is to change the hosting provider or upgrade to the higher CPU quota hosting plan. Because as your blog has more posts, will drive more traffic, will use more CPU, will be suspended by the bluehost again and again.

Just disable the plugins once... when you tried to post and then see... i am sure one of the plugins is creating the problem with your wordpress blog.

    hope it helps...

Have you successfully solved your problem AdrianMoss ?

May be we are having the same problem , I enter my site and it shows "Error Establishing A Database Connection" , then when I check the server , mySQL had been not responding for a while due to too many connection . I'm tired of rebooting my server every 2 hours :( Is there any solution for this ?

I disabled a couple of plugins I wasn't using and it doesn't crash anymore but Im still having issues. Now when a new post is made it takes forever to post and then I will get some sort of fatal error. I forget exactly what the error says but it does reference plugins.php in the error I believe. Should I just disable all the plugins and then reactivate them? If I do this how will this affect things currently on my blog? For example I have a Polls plugin with polls actively running...if I deactive that plugin I imagine that would "goof" the polls up?!

It seems you have outgrown traditional shared hosting. A VPS should work well for you at this stage.

That's what I'm afraid of. I have no experience with servers and it seems like you really need to know your stuff once you get into that.
