Wordpress Blog Backup Activation (Urgent)

    How do I pull out my previous blog theme from there? I messed up my theme & just wanted to activate my backup, please help, thanks.

    I suppose you have to access your database through phpmyadmin and import this file. However, if you have messed up your theme, this probably won't help. You have to replace the theme files by the original files.

    Okay, what if I restore the home directory backup? Would it be alright again?

    Just restore the wp-content/themes folder.
