Wordpress banner management

Is there a wordpress plugin that lets me ad banners below posts etc and rotates them?

I use a plugin called Got Banners. It's very easy to use and can rotate as many ads as you want

I cant seem to find the download link to Ad-minister, the plugin page suggests to go back to wordpress for the plugin.
