    As far as I remember, Wordpress comes with an inbuilt database backup plugin ( Scott Merrill's)

    What about backing up your MySQL database plus the Wordpress files?

    Go to your cpanel and download your mysql using phpMyAdmin.

    Then download your wp-content folder - thats all you need for a backup.
