    Selling a Wordpress based site, it runs on auto blog software right now but that is easily changed if required.
    I set up the site in January and left it wit no promotion so all the traffic is totally organic.
    Alot of the traffic comes direct from Google alot also comes from Twitter, the twitter account will alo be included http://twitter.com/ladygagabloguk come with 682 followers, the site auto posts this aswell.
    So no work needed really to run it.
    Adsense has earnt a few $$ , I have never sold ads yet.
