Buying Wordpress Auto Social Media Publish Plugin

    Hello,
    I need to have someone to take a plugin and make sure that everytime I post a new post on our Wordpress site that it automatically Publish to a certain Facebook Page, as well as our instagram page.

    It also needs to have the following requirements:

    1. Must use the featured image from Wordpress as the image for IG and Facebook Page Post.
    2. Must take the first 2 sentences from the post to put into FB and IG.
    3. Must create hastags on IG based on the "Tags" in the post.
    4. Must also include a link back to the post on both IG and FB.

    Check plugin already on market place to achieve expectations.
    @Hashtags think it not possible achieving that feature
