    In case that you mean auto bloging through an XML Feed or something you should take a closer look at cyberseo.net. The handling is pretty easy and it´s importing XML Feeds for example of Youtube per Cron into your Wordpress (okay that´s not the miracle) and you can also use some additional tools which this plugin has.
    And of course the imported stuff is visible on search engines.
