Wordpress Auto Post Plugin for twitter and facebook

I am looking for a plugin from 1 month that auto posts blog new posts to my twitter, facebook. ANd it will be better if it auto posts to digg, reddit etc as well. If you are using please recommend any.

 

I use twitter tools to auto post my blog posts to twitter as a link.

I've being using it from 2yrs.

 

I just let Feedburner publish my RSS feed to Twitter, and a FB app called RSS Graffiti to publish it there. Plugins on the WP end were giving me no end of bother til I started doing it that way.

Seems there are several ways to do this. I like feedburner, it works well for me.

 

Hello, SocialBacklinker.com is a tool that can handle this among others. It's one of the best of it's kind currenty, and I know the developer, he has an account here, and he provides good support over at http://www.hatnohat.com/forum/ .

 

I am doing this with Feedburner, you can actually post it automatically to Twitter, and from Twitter to Facebook.
