Wordpress Auto Link Parse Plugin

Hi there, i have been searching google for a plugin, but i have been unsuccessful.

I basically need a plugin, that will automatically parse html links when I publish the post. I could do this manually while adding the post, but this is vastly time consuming as sometimes i have many links per post. Call me lazy... i dont care

Anyways, does such a plugin exist?

nah, when im post something, and in the message area, there are a lot of links, when i publish that post, i want it to automatically parse (hotlink) those links.

know anywhere i can find one?
