wordpress author contact form help please...

Hi,


i want to create an ajax dropdown "contact the author of this post" form at the bottom of each post page. So readers can contact the author of the post. i cant seem to figure how to do it. I am using wordpress 2.7



From what i read cforms plugin is the answer, but i tried cforms and it gave an error on install, so i removed it.

can anyone help?

that is exactly what i want..


I like the posting form for posting ads too. That would keep users from having to enter the admin area just to post an ad. But i have no clue how to achieve that.

Seems like it would not be that hard to accomplish. I just dont have the expertise or the time to try and attempt it myself.
