Wordpress as image Gallery

    Can I use Wordpress as Image gallery/ Wallpaper site ? Is there any such good plugin. I would also like to integrate review plugin with it so that users could add reviews to it. Is it possible to do what I want to?
    Alternatively, could you please tell me any other free script for this?

    In WP 2.5.x you do not need to use a plugin as a gallery script is already included into its code. You can find more about this in WP codex. There are also good plugins to fulfill your need and I would suggest NextGen Plugin, if you do not find comfortable the PW's one.
