    Hi every buddy all of u knows recently google panda update, I have small question in my mind WordPress based article site really helping to improve google serp or not?

    Yes, if you create a dozen of free WP blogs, fill them with unique content, increase the link volume to each of them and link to your main project - they will help you. But yes, it's a lot of work actually. New sites are almost useless imo.

    Panda is all related to duplicate content.. if you get links from article sites that only accept unique articles then it would really help to boost ranking.

    Article marketing in general are not recommended by Matt Cutts as a SEO strategy as it get spammed and copied easily..

    Panda Update is related with the CONTENT not with any open source like wordpress / drupal / joomla etc. Please look into the following points -
    1. Unique contents are highly appreciated
    2. Google will look for feedback
    3. User comfort level is considered
    4. Too many ads will be a problem

    Wordpress has good SEO structure and quite search engine friendly. But a simple wordpress would not help much to the success of SEO, there's a lot of work to do.

    if article site is instant approved then according to me it will not helps you much in getting ranking,
