Wordpress and Social network plugins?

    Anyone know of some social netowrking plugins with Wordpress ? I usually type posts in Wordpress, and I was hoping to find a plugin that updates twitter and facebook as well. Let me know! Thanks!

    I don't want buttons for people to share. I want the things I post in Wordpress to automatically update my twitter/facebook accounts.

    Ive looked for such a thing in the past. There might be one, but ive never seen it.

    It would require some custom modification of the backend code.
