Buying Wordpress and PHP Expert needed to upgrade custom theme and URLs

    Hi, I am trying to upgrade a wordpress theme that was cusomized for a website to the latest version of wordpress, but the basic upgrade process is not working, so I would like someone who can fix / tweak the theme to work under wordpress 3.1.3.

    I am also looking to add descriptive URL's to the site, currently they are using "page_id" and a number for all the pages. I'd like it to have the main pages and blog pages with descriptive likes like "mywebsite.com/aboutus" "mywebsite.com/my-first-blog-post. This obviously isn't as simple as just switching it in the admin, some back end tweaking will need to happen.

    If you are very familiar with wordpress and have php coding skills please contact me if you think this is something you can take on.
