Hello i just wonder if theres a plugin or a way so i can make my blog send periodic pings automatialy lrt's say once 30-45 minutes to pingomatic.com

you mean when you write a post or all the time?

too many pings might get your blog blacklisted

Normally i just hop over to pingomatic or pingoat after i make a post. No need really to continually ping if you haven't changed anything.

Yes - if you ping them too often, without updates, you can be banned. There's an option in Wordpress to automatically ping pingomattic every time you publish a post, and there's a service in FeedBurner that will do the same (I think it's called PingShot). If you enable both of these, you'll never need to worry about using one of the other ping services.
