**Issue fixed** The form here is not working properly. There is some sort of conflict with either jquery or an ajax conflict. I have disabled and taken out a bunch of js scripts that i don't need but it still will not work. Please only apply if you have dealt with jquery/ajax conflicts and wordpress plugins before. Fast paypal $$$. PS: The form will send if filled out but it will not say "sent" or say if their are any errors.
