Wordpress affiliate plugin (I'm looking for one)

I something saw something on a Vbulletin forum the other day.

When a forum member posted a link to a certain site, it automatically turned into a commission junction affiliate link. Is there something like this for wordpress? I want to be able to write a post, enter a URL to a product, and automatically have something like this.

Example:

I link to a specific product like this:
hxxp://LinkToSpecificProduct.com

Then the plugin automatically does this to it

hxxp://www.CjAffiliateLink.com/click-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx?url=hxxp://LinkToSpecificProduct.com
