So I download a nice wordpress adsense ready theme from:
    http://www.doshdosh.com/prosense-adsense-ready-seo-theme/

I have been using it for about 3 weeks now. I really like the theme but here is the problem, over 2k views and not one penny in adsense. Is it possible that the wordpress ready theme is some how connected to the creators adsense account and not mine???

I doubt very much. Did you double check the code... as you might have forgotten to change the code to your own and would still be using the same code that came by default!

If you haven't changed the code, yes. If you changed it I doubt it.

    From the page:
    Important User Notes

Please remember to change the Publisher ID for the default Adsense units after you upload the theme! You'll need to insert your personal Adsense publisher id (e.g. pub-xxxxxx) in the various Adsense units that you decide to use.

No, the adsense cash from the clicks would not go to the creators account, unless you have not changed the code on every ad. I have used those templates from there before and everything went well.

So, just double check that all the adsense banners have your account number on them and if not, replace them with your code.

To check whether the current pub-ID is yours, right click on your blog, then "view source". scroll down and look for adsense code.

Besides that, where did the 2K view come from ? from traffic exchange or from article marketing ? that make a huge difference.

Just check your site at any point and take the source and check the adsense code whether its having your pub id or not.
there are certain adsense plugins which is developed for adsense purpose but it rotates ads with you and the owner of the plugin.
So make sure the pub id is yours only. If impression is showing in your adsense account, then its sure that the ads are of yours only.
I am not sure whether adsense counts PSA also, make sure that your ads are not PSA.
