Buying WordPress Adsense Ready Site Needed

    First, I know nothing about WordPress, but I need an Adsense ready site ASAP. The placement of the Adsense is very important. Please take a look at the following sites and placement and let me know what you think.

    Each post will have a title, picture, text, link out, and a FaceBook Like button, and I would like to have that customized so there is as little work as possible updating a post.

    I will also need a logo, and a little training on how to use WordPress.

    changing theme/design and if you are using something like wordpress or some cms, placing adsense at right places is no big deal with many plugins available
