wordpress admin menu

I need to be able add and remove links from the admin menu. im looking for someone to code this?

 

Might be helpful if you mentioned which links you;re trying remove. Are these for other non-admin users or are you just trying to get rid of them in general. Probably can do this with a ready made plugin.

 

i want to be able to just add my own links and take off whatever i want. to use static links in html
