Wordpress Account Suspended on the very first day?

I created a wordpress account yesterday but after 5-6 hours my account got suspended. When I emailed them they replied to me saying I broke one of their TOS which is very funny because my blog didn't have even a single post so on what basis did they suspend my account?

Now my query is can I create another wordpress.com account or can I open a new account on wordpress.org or my account is banned forever?

 

Well was the name of the blog against TOS ?

get yourself a domain, paid hosting and implement the self-hosted WordPress

Yes you still allowed to use the wordpress script on your own server and using your own domain name.

Moreover except Wordpress.com all other Free Blogs like Blogger etc. also allow you to do that.

If you don't have a post on your blog then how you got your account verified ?
It may the reason why they banned you
