It's all pretty simple stuff. If you know CSS and how WP works you can craft your own from a base easily. Check out this website. There are tons of themes to give you a good start. THEMES!

I don't think you could not find good themes there: http://bestwordpressbusinessthemes.com/. Just filter by type to match your need. Good luck!
