WordPress 2.3 tagging problem (?)

    I'm seeing a problem with tags in my new WP 2.3 blog..

    it seems that either new tags on new posts are not being displayed on my tag-cloud, OR, new tags on posts that have a post slug or a post-slug with the same word in it as one of the tags are not being displayed in the tag-cloud.. does that make sense?

    Is anyone else having a problem like this?

    *EDIT: after a little testing, it looks like if i specify a post-slug when i create the post, the tag will not appear in the tag-cloud. is this by design, or a bug?
