Wordpress 2.3.3 and Static Front Page

    Wordpress released its latest version yesterday and I have trouble finding the section where I can create a static front page. I tried Options > Reading as in an older version, but I do not see the Frontpage section anymore.

    Does anyone know how I can create a static front page in Wordpress using version 2.3.3?
