    No major changes.. as usual, I'm a bit reluctant to upgrade :)

    Just copy and paste the required files over. Need not even to run the upgrade script for this one.

    They list the changed files here.

    Just download the entire release and copy the individual files over.

    Yea, it's easier to just replace the files (apart from your /wp-content/ folder, /includes if you are dealing with any different kind of language apart from EN, and config file). Easy update, don't miss this one ;)

    List all files by last modified date, then you would find which files you need. :)
