Sorry, but I'm not that excited about it. I am still using 1.5.2

Same here, it would be a pain to change all the plugins that I have nicely setup for 152 on all my blogs

Since I am a bit new to Wordpress, where is the best place to get plug-ins

I am looking for one to disable the nofollow on Comments (or on all links) and the only one I can find, doesn't work on new versions.

Anyone have a link to a plug-in or an easy code fix?

    Thanks

I tried 2.0 and quickly went back to 1.5...too many weird bugs, especially in the WYSIWYG editor. Once this gets some traction, I will upgrade again. The spam key stuff though that works off of your wordpress.COM account is sweet.

That one did the trick. I vastly prefer to have the nofollow removed to give any type of benefit to commentors and to just have the moderating mode on.

NoFollow doesn't seem to actually stop any of the Spam so there is no point

Just as a side note my wordpress blog was indexed a few hours after I registered the domain name and put it up...I doubt I will even bother with a Mod Rewrite

Just found that interesting as I have had sites indexed in 2-3 days but this is the first in 2-3 hours.

Usually I just go into the template index.php and comment out the parts that display the comments

Why would you not want a link to the comments?

For most of my sites, I use wordpress like a CMS for a website, rather than a blog. And ordinary websites don't have the comments feature, I just don't need it.

yfs1, do use the permalinks option, it will help in the rankings
