Wordpres : Mange two different theme using single admin panel

    Is this possible to manage two different wordpress theme only one wordpress admin.
    I want to manage two different theme with two different URL like

    http://example.com/
    and
    http://example.com/blog/

    but both wordpress theme mange using single wordpress admin panel like
    http://example.com/wp-admin
