Wordpres administration question

    I allowed a person to do guest posting in my Wordpress blog. He has registered as "subscriber" and I want to upgrade him, so that he can post directly to my blog after log-in. After he post an article (it will be kept pending till I approve) I will edit it and post. Should I upgrade his as Author, Contributor, Editor or Administrator.

    Contributor sounds about right. Editor means he has the power to edit whatever and Admin has full control.

    Contributor best option,Don't make author if did no request will not come for APPORVAL and what buzzboss tell too

    Contributor will be best option. It requires approval for contributors.
    If you make them author, no approval requires :D
