    Thanks for that. I can see I have a lot to learn when it comes to RSS feeds and getting updating information on my sites. I do code html and can make my way around Wordpress installations and updates.. but I don't think I want to get into the API stuff. Since all of my sites are Wordpress save one I think I"ll look around for some ordinary RSS feeds and find a plugin that works. Thanks again.
