Word with different meanings

I'am currently pondering over a problem that I experience with a newly bought website. The site is about spiders and my problem is that most ads are about web spidering and the like or alfa romeo spider cars.

Those are of course not the best ads that can be displayed for my visitors and I was wondering if I could tell Google to emphasis ads that are about spiders of the animal category.

I could of course rewrite the articles that are on the website but maybe there is a easier solution for this problem. I'am also unsure if rewritting would solve the problem.

    Filtering Advertisers is no option.

Filtering Advertisers is an option. There are settings you can use to block the web spidering advertisers.

This is not working in my case because I already have 200 filtered and can't add additional ones, that's what I ment.

The site is about real spiders. Are there ads to cater for sites solely on spiders?

Do you know, this has been a hyperthetical example for why sites need to have outgoing links. Ironic to see an actual site which has this problem.

Anyway, add some links to other spider related sites (e.g. wikipedia) and use the term 'arachnid' alot. Have some 'pictures of spiders'. Also look for other related keywords, for example 'insects' (yes, I know spiders are insects). Perhaps 'pest' related keywords will pay well, if it sits well with your site. Oh, and make sure you remove every possible reference to 'searching' technology/sites. Section targeting may also help.

    Cheers, Cryo.

If i were you i'd also name my page files like:
    spiders.html, spider_web.asp, etc.

And also renaming the picture files on your site would be good too.
    tarantula_01.jpg, lycosidae.gif, brazilian_spider.png, etc.

    PS: I have Arachnophobia

You might also try section targetting an 'about this site'. Just describe the site using words like arachnid or whatever, but avoid the words spider or web. Advertisers about spiders will know these words and target them in adwords.
