Word with a Sigle Digit Number ???

What will be the worth of Credit8.com or Debit9.com? I mean if I buy a domain name which has a word and a single digit number let's say PAY7.com ? Does it have any market value ?

To make my question more clear, following are the examples

make9.com
take9.com
house4.com

One more thing If I buy these domain in .net extension, then what will be the market value for these domains?

I have also heard that having numbers in domain name decreases the domain value....

 

i wont buy such a name unless you have the power to develop it..

 

I don't think such domains have any value unless you develop them and get a lot of traffic.
