Buying Word press Theme design

    I have a html design and i want someone who can convert it to wordpress theme .
    PS:I already have the html and css however if you want you can start from psd...

    To let you know more .i am submitting the screen shot of that design ..let me know if you can do this ...

    Its showing error if I click on attachment link. I think its broken. Please update it.
