G'day There

I am looking for someone who has experience in Word Press design and can modify my template/site so that it is tailored exactly how i want it to be.

I under stand the basics of Wordpress, but I am having trouble when it comes to the more technical things and I am hoping to find someone that can do the following for me:

- Arrangement of side bar heading exactly where I want them
- A PayPal button set up and installed.
- Colour Scheme set up
- Google Ads set up
- Installation of a header logo
- Navigation Panel/Menu set up

It would be an advantage if the person was on MSN messenger, as I am on their a bit.

I know exactly what I want, and I have a mockup of how i want the site to look and operate, however I am just struggling to do it myself.

Also, if people could let me know roughly what I can expect to pay for such a service, it would be much appreciated.
