    There are many ways to install it, you can use fantastico as well, but you need to upgrade it manually because it still uses wordpress 2.9 if you want to install wordpress 3.0.1 you can install it manually by uploading the files to your root. I guess you can search in youtube or google, you will have tons of tutorials.

    There is a readme file as well in wordpress bundle so one can install himself/herself after reading it.
