Word Press Address Bar Problem

I have a new webste with wordpress on it.
When i clicked on any post it is showing http://wallpapersden.com/?p=11 like this. but it has to appear in difrentway.
I am new anyone help me to ind a solution.

 

you can adjust the single.php file till you satisfy over the appearance of a single post.

 

Alter the Premalinks option -> under settings - set it to a custom format, something like
/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%.html
