If the search engine looks at the domain like they do the title, headers, and writing in the body....i would say yes, it does matter but not too much. keyword prominence
Well, people DO search with quotes. In several niches people are searching it with quotes for up to 90% of the time. I know, because it's in my stat. I personally also use quotes around 60% of the time. Of course if you are in a general niches people won't need the quotes.
