I have a word document that is going to be an e-book. I need page numbering put on the document but I don't want the numbering to start until after the Acknowledgements and Dedication of the book. Plus, I want the chapters that are outlined at the beginning of the book to be clickable when it's saved as a PDF in order for people to click and go to that chapter.
