Word Clouds

    I have come across Word Clouds for the first time. They are offering paid links. Is there any problems using such sites to get one way incoming links, particularly wiyh Google

    There's no problem with them, they won't harm your rankings. However they aren't very effcetive.

    Google can easily determine that links in a Word Cloud are most probably paid for and therefore devalue them.

    The only thing they are probably good for is PR juice.

    Quality backlinks will improve your PR/SE rankings.

    quality backlinks come from sites:

    that are related
    that have unique quality content
    that have few outbound links
    that have outbound links to similar sites like yours
    that have content related to the content of your site.

    Does a word cloud meet the criteria of this? No. Word clouds are useless. Pure spammy link selling farms. Stay away

    speaking fro experience, they wont harm you, just wont benefit you. give your money to charity dont waste it on word clouds

    It wouldn't hurt you, but I doubt it will be very helpful. Google likes to see text around links. A page of links is not very interesting.

    I agree - the idea with word clouds is shit. Spend your cash on private link sales in blog posts etc instead.

    wordcloud sites are mostly using spammers.

    they will not help you because of two thinks.

    * they will not provide you related backlinks
    * there will be so many outgoing links

    There is no problem you can use World Clouds.
    But as someone said before me it is not a lot what you will be able to obtain of that.There are better ways.
