    Basically i want to buy the $150 package so i get a chosen theme with all PSD files + 1 bonus theme and i can use it unlimited times. But what happens when i come to sell it? I could in theory sell as it for $10 then somone has that theme for $10 instead of $70?

    Can somone explain. Thanks.

    So what you're asking is what happens if you re-sell the theme?

    If so...

    You're not allowed to, that's infringing on their rights and can get you in big trouble.

    lol it's common knowledge, you are NOT allowed to resell their themes. Or any theme you buy with a license. Read the license!

    I think you can sell your copy once, so if you sell it for $20 you make a loss of $50, it doesnt matter to woothemes as they still got the money from you. You are however not allowed to sell it multiple times. I think.:p

    you're misunderstanding this my friend...

    If you buy a developer's license, it grants you permission to sell a site that is using the theme as part of a package. For example, if you developed a domain using the theme OR if you made a content site and sold it as one.

    You CANNOT resell the themes only...

    Aaah, your misunderstanding me I think.

    Im going to buy the developer package, produce a number of sites, add content etc and sell them on with the template.

    Im not selling the themes only!

    I hope you good luck on selling those themes because most site owners are only after how old a site is and how much content it has as well as it's rankings, not the theme.

    :confused::confused:

    You sure? The theme and a good domain name are essential to a good site when you come to resell it, especially if it's a premium theme/domain that you're talking about. :)
