won't land on index.htm - tries to connect to database

    I recently installed a forum on my site www.mytroutfishingtips.com but i accidently installed it in the root folder rather than /forum. I have since deleted to files in the root folder and installed the forum in /forum. However..

    when you goto: www.mytroutfishingtips.com

    it still tries to connect to the database rather than just going to /index.htm like i want it to.

    Please help

    check if index.php file still exist remove it if its there and also checkur .htaccess
