wonderpets.us domain name please read

I own the domain name wonderpets.us . I was thinking of getting a independent appraisal done . I was recently contacted by a potential buyer and he wanted a independent appraisal. he said he will only accept appraisals over 65.00usd. he thinks other appraisals are full of fluff.
with the recent craze for wonder pets from the tv show nick jr and tree house channel, and considering that the tv show owns .org ,mtv owns .com and other large production company's own .uk .I think that mine .us since it is a us based show has a good value . I have been doing a Internet check and the amount of people typing in wonder pets is increasing even though the toys for the show has not even been produced yet.
with that said if you all can give me a min - max price of its value.

I thought about Afternic, but found their service inaccurate and automated.

I heard many appraisal companies often overpriced domains. So I cannot
accept appraisal from each and every site.

To avoid mistakes I asked about reputable appraisers in a forum. Several
experts recommended me Securenamesale's appraisal service -

non-expensive manual service.

I also trust the manual appraisal service from http://www. DomainMart. com but
it's very expensive - $200/hour. This service was also recommended by many
people but I thought it was too expensive. But if you can afford
DomainMart . com's fee it's ok with me.
