Wondering something..

Paidhosting, you very well know this is something that is not liked by alot of users of the board including shawn, more subforums is useless all threads under the link sales forum are of one genre and there is no need for the staff to further categorize them.

 

Ah so you saying i am known very well and not liked at all . Shoot i need open a candy store or something and provide dp users free candy, so i can be once again be liked.

Subcategories only remove the clutter and mess. Look in link sales forum, there is link sale for signature, templates sponsors wordpress etc etc, site links , pr links etc etc. looking for links etc etc. So if one posts 1 link sale it gets burried to like 2nd or 3rd or deeper pages

Sig link threads do not do well because of several reasons, its not that they are burried fast its that people are not that much interested in it anymore since its a variable and spiders disregard sig links.

 

They might , i have no idea if they do or not, but its not just for spidering its for traffic, i have got over 5 pms over the month saying my blog u see in my feed here is excellent, even though it does not belong to me cause the spot belongs to some other guy. Similarly signature story, i get pms saying nice alive directory you got there i just wish it was free sort of pms.

People notice your signature visit the sites you listed and provide you with whats more valuable than backlinks " Traffic" .

Actually people dont read that, what other people read here is something that could fuel their own purpose for example read some of the posts in this thread.

Most people want the link sales area to lose alot of kinds of threads so that they can boost their own product and get more coverage, what they don't understand is that its not coverage its quality of the product/service.

@ other comment, i think when you are reading one post you are going to read users comments and when you scroll down after one post ends there is a signature of that other user posted above. And dunno if someone noticed my posts are mostly on the 1st page cause 2nd page posts usually do not get read much. Just my business tactics to help my signature sponsors

 

I like this idea I do agree though... a seperate signature section would be neat. Even for other forums as well? Not only exclusive the DP? It's a different form of link sale.

anyway almost 90% of buyers know the fact of sig links being ineffective that is the only reason of them not selling well, if a service is really good people dig out thraeds from the last page if they have to i know they do the same with my blog network teeehee
