Wondered what happens when auction ends?

    Hi all,

I am curious how it works when an auction comes to an end and it has bids on it?

My auction for tubenations.com currently has bids on it and the reserve has been met. So my question is, does the payment get sent from the winning bidder automatically when it ends?

Or is it then down to that winning bidder to manually send the payment?

Also is there any form of protection incase winning bidders login to their paypal and then refund once i have transferred my site/domain over to them?

    Thanks

    Robert

The seller will contact you or he just make the payment.

    OR

You can contact the Wining bidder & let them know.

You need to trust on Seller or use Erscow for accepting payment.

Yes, Erscow take fixed commission on every transaction but it's good to have them for big amount of transaction.

Escrow service is the best option if you are worried about it. You can check PayPal'/ policy for details on what sort of protection they offer on virtual goods like domains. Not sure there would be a whole lot they can do as far as being able to "take back" a domain after the fact, but they would be the best place to check for what sort of protection they offer.
