Won the State tournament for Web Design : Thanks DP

    Hey DP,

    I have learned a lot on this site and Just thought I'd show off a little bit and thank everyone here who helps me when I had questions or the people that made threads that I read through and learned things.

    Just like wrestling, football etc. They have a high school state tournament for web design.

    The two main Rules of the contest:
    -We were given a theme, and had to make the site about the given theme.
    -We were given a set time to code the website and make all the graphics etc. We could not use any premade code or templates or you got DQ'd.

    About 3 months ago I won Regionals (17 regions in my state) Than on friday I competed at state, presented the website etc. and I ended up taking 1st place in my state. I can't share the website right now because I will be able to continue working on it and compete at nationals. After nationals I'll let everyone know how I did and if the rules permit i'll share the site.

    Congrat and good on you, its always good to learn something new.

    I will be doing a course on creating a web site soon as I have no idea how to do it. I would rather learn than pay someone because then I can manage it how I like.
