    DALLAS, TX — The PlanetSM and Kidd Kraddick in the Morning today announced they have launched an "E-Queen" promotion on the nationally syndicated morning radio show to find America's next female Internet business sensation. One winner will be selected to win all the tools to start her own online business, including free website hosting for a year and $10,000 in start-up cash from The Planet.

    "We love to see our customers succeed and if we can help someone get their business started, that's even better," said Kristin Herring, director of marketing for The Planet. "Today, online businesses can be very lucrative and we're excited to provide an opportunity for a deserving woman to begin the opportunity of a lifetime."

    Women with a great idea for an online business are encouraged to submit a brief proposal to . Contestants will be narrowed to five and Mark Cuban will select the final two during a live broadcast mid-August.

    The two finalists will be charged with preparing their online business in just five days. The Planet will assist finalists with designing and hosting their websites, and set-up of merchant accounts and a database management system. Contestants will receive on-air mentions and promotions of their business on Kidd Kraddick in the Morning. At the end of seven days, the contestant with the most successful business will win the contest and prizes. The winner will be announced at the end of August.

    The Planet will continue to work with the winner to provide her with premium web hosting for a year, along with the cash prize.

    The Planet is also the exclusive hosting provider for Kidd Kraddick in the Morning, providing dedicated server hosting, database administration and management, security monitoring, and other technical services.

    Cool! I'm going to tell my mom to get her busines plan together! She's been wanting to do something online for awhile AND she needs the extra income (she's handicapped), but she won't let *me* help her. :rolleyes:
