Women cost too much.

No, this is not some "my wife went shopping" thread.

Now please bear with me and hear out my theory. See, back in the '50s and '60s the men went to work while the women stayed home and all was good, everyone made ends meet on 1 income.

Then women wanted to be equal so they went to work and families had more income but very quickly the government found new and creative ways to tax this income and the more tax they got the more creative they got and now we are at a point where both the husband and wife have to work and they're worse off than when only the husband worked so in essence women are working for negative money and I have to work even harder to get by..

 

Don't pay da taxes?

 

If you dont pay the taxes and uncle sam finds out you will be left without a home, bank account and homeless. I dont mind paying taxes as long as they dont go towards wars and stupid foreign policies supporting other countries who don't give a shit about American tax payers.

 

That theory could have a point if you will not consider the population back then associating with food consumptions and services needs and demands.
With today's double human population, what could you expect but inflation and high cost living e.i. the diminishing average distribution of fuel and energy.

But now woman are realizing with the cost of childcare that it's not worth trying to make a second income, so we are back to where we started.

I'm going to also say that it isn't only women; my partner costs a bomb to look after at a level I'd consider adequate, even in a single income family. ^-^;

 

Since when does looking after someone have to cost money, lol.

If I get what I pay for I have to be the luckiest man in the world, actually I can't complain too much but a bit more value for my money and I'd explode.

 

well i m totally agree with your theory,it was just like that in old days,one used to earn and the whole family used to spend that earning,now whole family earns and they are not even able to support themselves

 

Since always Food, clothing, Christmases, birthdays, etc. ^-^; It is not cheap.

smart feminists could turn the argument around and say that present-day men are so inept that they can't make enough money so women have to go out to foot the bill

 

So do men XD Have you met a man who doesn't want "quality eatable" (LOL) yet? I haven't. Even if my partner was happy eating crappy food I still wouldn't let him live on it - it's not healthy physically or mentally to eat badly.

Also, men want their families to live well too - in particular, their mothers - that's more a good human quality than a flaw

 

Reminds me of the joke where Clinton gets off Air Force 1 lugging a bag of golf clubs. Greeted at the foot of the stair by the head of the White House Secret Service detail, Clinton hands him the bag and says... "Hey, look what I got for Hillary".

Women may be a financial drain, but no where near as bad as the kids. My wife says she wants two more and my mind immediately jumped to opening some sort of sweat shop producing a product where small fingers are an advantage.

 

Yes I have, in fact I worked it out and having a prostitute 4 times/week, having a maid come in twice a week, eating at restaurants that make home made food and paying a laundry service would work out a bout $3,000/month cheaper than my wife and kids cost now.

 

Did you figure in the cost of health insurance? You know in case you get herpes, HIV or something?

 

No, but I'm pretty sure my wife is clean.
