We can use Epay debit card to verify paypal, ebay, etc. But the deposit is a little expensive I think.

What is great with Payoneer, is that it is available to anyone in any country and we all know it is really hard to get a valid international card in so many countries

You can get it too even if you are from Indonesia, however, I am not ccbill offers a payoneer card so you'll probably have to go through another pyaoneer partners

 

Actually you have to signup with payoneer partner like reviewme.com or 2co.com then they will give you a card mailed to your adderss.
The issuer of this card is first bank delaware

 

ikobo.com is another good option it gives you visa card. anyone can send you money with a very low cost.

hey guys as mentioned in other thread. I got USA bank account and also prepaid card for that bank account from ROHAN MALHOTRA. I think he is not member of DP but he is in BHW. his mail is is dataservices at yahoo dot com. we can use that usa bank account anywhere you want and no formalities needed for it. it is really working great for me.
