I'm a little surprised that domain was still available to register. That's a solid one, great find. I think that's a domain you could have more fun developing than just flipping. I'm picturing it as a question..."With That?". Obviously, "With It(?)" makes a little more sense, but regardless, that's a good short brandable one. I'm thinking a a fun current events site w/ some sort of community. Depends on what you want to take on of course. Appraisal wise for just the domain, I couldn't see it going for anything less than mid $XX...you'll make your money back nd then some...
