Within a month I am ranked 1st page google

Nice job! I'm new to figuring this SEO thing out, so I just took a look at your site.

Oh cool, I just checked my website and I am on the first page of Google under the search terms "Mass Foreclosure Properties."

I didn't even realize it and haven't really looked into how to utilize SEO to help get better search results. I just built this squeeze page about two weeks ago to try and start to build a buyer's list for my real estate business.

Congrats, buying links from good pr is a sureshot way I suppose. I am currently going for a cometetive keyword too.
Does buying relevant links better than buying general links?

 

I don't believe in buying links. Building quality ones by word of mouth are the best way to go.

Is there a point here?

 

Keyword research is the main key to open up the Google SEO. Can't too competative keyword, It must take hard work to do back link to push up the site. If too low competative, less traffic.

 

Great Job ... will be nice to share some techniques.

Well done =) The most prestigeful keywords to be ranked 1. on must be "SEO"! That's kinda like a proof of quality in itself if you have a seo-business I did page one in a little less than a month with a blog as well on the keywords "how to mod your wii" which I found out yesterday - this motivates me to go all the way to the top =)

Hi buddy, is it true that you only used basic seo technique? Because your keywords seem quite competitive..even though if you get top 10 in google SERPs, it quite hard to achieve that with only simple seo method.. correct me if i'm wrong..

It's showing page 1 for me 4th from the bottom. I was actually 3rd from bottom yesterday. Maybe it's a regional thing.If anyone wants some free tips, shoot me a pm and I will explain my exact method. It's quite simple, you just have to put some effort into it everyday.
